    1. Conditions of sale and returns.

    We will happily exchange an item or issue a credit note, if claimed within 7 days of delivery to you.
    We do not refund if you change your mind.
    A valid receipt must be enclosed for all exchanges.
    Goods for exchange must be in ‘as sold’ condition.
    No exchange on sale, clearance or discounted items will be offered.
    Any jewellery that pierces the skin will not be exchanged (As regulated by the NSW Health Department).

    To arrange a product return;

    Please email customer service before sending the goods, to advise us of the product for return and the purchase date. Please include a contact phone number.
    We will then issue you with a returns number and will then advise you how to return the goods to us.
    Returned items should be protectively packaged when being sent to us.
    Please return all goods with original receipts to ensure smooth processing.
    We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

    2. Warranty.

    a) Sterling Silver jewellery:
    We offer a limited warranty on all our products. We are not, however, able to cover negligent damage or wear and tear over time. Jewellery is fragile, so we advise you to take extreme care with all pieces and follow our recommendations for handling, cleaning and storage. Please refer to the care instructions included with your purchase.

    b) Costume jewellery:
    Fashion jewellery is generally less durable than silver and gold jewellery, and is often created from materials using techniques that are chosen for visual effect rather than longer life. Please be very careful when handling, wearing and storing these fine pieces. We cannot exchange or refund items suffering from negligent damage or wear and tear over time.

    c) Watches:
    All our watches are covered by a warranty issued by the manufacturer. Please find a copy of each brand’s guarantee with each watch sold.

    d) Gifts and other products:
    Bijoux offers a limited warranty for all our products, however we are not able to cover negligent damage or wear and tear over time.

    3. Payment.

    We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and direct deposit. Your credit card details will be safe and securely handled by Bijoux. Goods will be delivered to the address detailed on your order. All prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST.

    4. Customer feedback.

    Customer service is of utmost importance to Bijoux. If you have any feedback, complaints or queries please email customer service. We will respond to your enquiry promptly.

    5. We reserve the right:

    To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify you of this by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s you have provided to us. We will refund any money paid using your original payment method. All orders are subject to availability of stock.
