Take the stress out of online buying. We will happily exchange or refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving it - much longer at Christmas! Please ensure all returns are in unworn condition and kept in their original packaging with any tags kept on. Returns will be subject to assessment.

Free Express delivery anywhere in Australia for every order of AUD $95.00 or more. Your signature will be required on delivery unless you instruct us otherwise.
A handling and delivery charge of AUD $15.00 is applied to orders below AUD $95.00.
Orders received by 2pm Monday- Friday Sydney time (AEST) are usually shipped same day or the next business day.
Expected delivery timing:
Sydney / Melbourne - 1 to 3 business days after dispatch
NSW / VIC Regional & Capital Cities in other States - 2 to 4 business days after dispatch
Outside Capital Cities in other States - 3 to 7 business days after dispatch
The tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped/dispatched.
Our orders are shipped from various locations, if your order contains more than one item you may receive more than one tracking number.

It is possible there may be a delay in you receiving your order due to the impact of staff shortages at our delivery partners (Australia Post) caused by COVID restrictions. We ship everything on time, but delays in nationwide delivery systems are out of our control.

Watches are usually packed in the brand's protective packaging and required inserts. Jewellery is also presented in the brand's protective packaging pouches or boxes.
Applicable warranty cards, certificates, instruction and information leaflets are included inside the packaging.
We never include printed copies of receipts with the shipment (in case of gift giving situations) but a full receipt/ tax invoice will be emailed to you at the time of purchase.
How to Purchase a Gift Card
Purchasing a gift card is just like purchasing any other product. Add the gift card to your cart and at checkout you can add a message in the notes panel which will appear on your Gift Card. Purchase a gift card HERE
All Gift Cards are sent to you electronically. The eGift Card will be sent via email. Just purchase the gift card and specify the email address the card is to be sent to at checkout. You may specify your recipients email address and include a message to be sent with the Gift Card, however we suggest you specify your own email address and then forward the voucher to the recipient yourself as emails from addresses not known to the recipient may end in up in their "junk" folder.
Redeeming a Gift Card

To redeem a gift card online simply visit us online at bijoux.com.au, fill your shopping cart and enter the Gift Card code (as shown on the voucher) in the "Redeem a Gift Certificate or Coupon" field provided at checkout.
If the Gift Card amount is more than the order amount, the remaining value can be put towards the next purchase. Just keep using the same voucher code until the whole amount is used. If the order amount exceeds the Gift Card amount the balance payable will be calculated and payment details will be requested to pay this amount.

We offer a limited warranty on all our products. We are not, however, able to cover negligent damage or wear and tear over time. Jewellery is fragile, so we advise you to take extreme care with all pieces and follow our recommendations for handling, cleaning and storage. Please refer to the care instructions included with your purchase.
Stainless Steel Jewellery
Stainless steel jewellery is a very practical alternative to silver jewellery as it does not tarnish and is intrinsically strong and durable.
Stainless steel jewellery is often plated in gold, rose gold and other finishes using the ion plating process. Ion plating is the most advanced surface finishing process in the jewellery trade. In traditional electroplating the gold coating on the surface of the piece of jewellery or watch can be easily worn away. Ion plating is much more durable, wear resistant, and also has a higher brightness. Nevertheless, extra care should always be taken with plated jewellery and watches. Please be very careful when handling, wearing and storing these pieces. We cannot exchange or refund items suffering from negligent damage or wear and tear over time.
Fashion jewellery is generally less durable than silver and gold jewellery, and is often created from materials and techniques chosen for visual effect rather than a longer life. Watches sold by Bijoux are guaranteed to be genuine, brand new, in original condition and are delivered with complete brand packaging, instruction manuals and serial numbers (if applicable).
We are Authorised Retailers for all the brands and products we stock. Our genuine products are sourced directly from the Brand Owner, Manufacturer or Authorised Distributor.
All watches purchased from Bijoux come with an official warranty issued by the manufacture or distributor of the watch brand. A warranty is included with each watch purchased from Bijoux. Warranty conditions will vary, depending on the watch brand or model, but do not affect your rights under Australian consumer law.
The length of the warranty period is determined by the brand and can be found in the watch’s product description on our website.
In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your purchase after receiving it from us please refer to the warranty card included with your purchase for instructions on how to return it to the manufacturer, distributor or ourselves who will either repair or replace it.
GENERAL WARRANTY UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW:
The benefits to the consumer given by the warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The consumer will bear the expense of claiming the warranty.
After you have discussed the issue with us, you will be required to fill out this form, and post the item back to us.
