FREE Standard U.S Delivery - DHL Ecommerce

Free U.S shipping for all orders over $70 USD or more. Goods & Services Tax (GST) is automatically removed at checkout for deliveries to the United States

A flat rate handling and delivery charge of $7.46 USD is applied to all orders below $70 USD

 

Indicative delivery timing by DHL Ecommerce in conjunction USPS

Orders take approximately 10 - 15 business days (excluding weekends) to arrive at your U.S location. 

Orders are usually shipped the next business day and on an aircraft out of Australia within the following 72 hours. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Express U.S Delivery - UPS Worldwide Express

The UPS Worldwide Express Delivery service is available for all orders. Goods & Services Tax (GST) is automatically removed at checkout for deliveries to the United States.

A flat rate handling and delivery charge of $7.50 USD is applied to all orders for this delivery service. You can select this shipping option during the checkout process.

Orders take approximately 2 - 4 business days (excluding weekends) to arrive at your U.S location. 

Please note these delivery timing estimates are for delivery to major city metropolitan areas. Areas outside of this may experience additional delays. We do not take responsibility for an additional delays that are outside the control of UPS, or caused by the receiving country's customs/ border clearance procedures that may extend the delivery timing.

Delivery Timing

The indicative delivery timings shown above are the expected delivery times for metropolitan areas of major cities in the United States. Other cities outside the metro area may take longer. Delays caused by the receiving country’s customs/border clearance procedures or any other factors beyond the control of UPS or DHL Ecommerce may also extend the delivery timing. Delays caused by factors outside the control of Bijoux Collection, UPS or DHL Ecommerce cannot be accepted as reasons for refund of the express service charge. Delivery delays may also be experienced during national or local holidays and at peak times. 

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance Costs

Import duty, taxes and customs clearance costs may be incurred by the recipient in the country of delivery. Please ensure you are aware of these costs to prevent any delays in delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your payment to Bijoux Collection.
