FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Before your order leaves us it is fully checked by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged or with a manufacturing fault please contact us immediately.

  • We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit and suggest using a return method that allows tracking.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS DATE

    • The returns deadline for all Christmas returns will be 14th January 2018. You may return your item as long as it is in its original unworn condition and all returns must include packaging, tags, warranties, leaflets, free gifts etc. originally supplied by us.
