We want you to be happy with our service at all times - please read these notes about our 3 hour delivery service.
- 3 hour delivery service is available for orders placed by 2:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays). Delivery will occur between 1pm and 6pm on the day of order.
- We will arrange for your parcel to be delivered to Sydney Metro areas within 3 hours of your order being despatched. Please allow thirty minutes for your order to be despatched after placing your order online.
- You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking password once your order has been despatched. You can track your delivery HERE using the tracking password.
- We will contact you if we are aware of any reason that may cause delivery to be made outside of the 3 hour period such as availability of stock or peak period road traffic conditions.
- Please contact us if you have not received your delivery as expected as there may be other other events beyond our control that may affect your delivery.
- Delivery zones and charges are based on the distance of the delivery address from Bijoux Collection's distribution centre in Edgecliff. Delivery is made by Want It Now courier delivery service.
- Refusals, returns and re-delivery will incur extra charges.

Express International Courier AUD $40 to AUD $60 - this option is not available through our cart but can be arranged after the sale is completed. Please let us know in the note box on the address page of checkout or by email. We will invoice you for the extra cost by email.

Orders will usually be on an aircraft out of Australia within 24 hours of your order.
Registered International Airmail deliveries will usually arrive within 7 days, often within 3 or 4 days.
A few have taken longer because of the receiving country's import regulations and procedures, the recipients distance from the point of entry and other factors we unfortunately can't control. Please contact us if your delivery has still not been received after 21 days and we'll ask Australia Post to trace and expedite your delivery.
GST, Duty & Taxes
Australian GST (10% goods & services tax) is automatically removed at checkout from goods ordered for delivery outside Australia. The export freight charge is also exempt of GST.
Import duty & taxes may be incurred by the recipient in the country of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your payment to Bijoux.

We can deliver your beautifully wrapped gift directly to the receipient. There is an option for this at checkout.

Every purchase includes Bijoux's signature embossed white gift packaging, complete with Bijoux purple ribbons & gift tag. The tag has space for you (or us) to add your and the recipients names.
Jewellery is usually presented in a Bijoux gift box, tissue filled & ribbon tied with tag.
Watches are usually in the brand's protective packaging then hand wrapped in our luxury embossed white wrapping paper complete with ribbon and gift tag.
Leave the wrapping to us - it will always look great!
Applicable warranty cards, certificates, instruction and information leaflets are included inside the gift packaging.
We never include receipts with the shipment but a full receipt/tax invoice will be emailed to you at the time of purchase.
How to Purchase a Gift Voucher
Purchasing a gift voucher is just like purchasing any other product. Add the voucher to your cart and at checkout you can add a message in the notes panel which will appear on the complimentary gift tag. Purchase a gift voucher HERE
Gift Vouchers can be sent two ways:
Printed: the voucher will be mailed to your nominated mailing address along with a complimentary gift tag which includes your personal message (if specified in the notes panel at checkout) or left blank so you can add your own message.
Electronic: the eGift Voucher will be sent via email. Just select the eGift Voucher option when purchasing a voucher and specify the email address the voucher is to be sent to at checkout. You may specify your recipients email address and include a message to be sent with the Gift Voucher, however we suggest you specify your own email address and then forward the voucher to the recipient yourself as emails from addresses not known to the recipient may end in up in their "junk" folder.
Redeeming a Gift Voucher
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online at bijoux.com.au or at one of our retail stores - find a store.
To redeem a gift voucher online simply log on to bijoux.com.au, fill your shopping cart and enter the Gift Voucher code (as shown on the voucher) in the field provided at checkout.
If the Gift Voucher amount is more than the order amount, the remaining value can be put towards the next purchase. Just keep using the same voucher code until the whole amount is used. If the order amount exceeds the Gift Voucher amount the balance payable will be calculated and payment details will be requested to pay this amount.

- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- Gift vouchers are are non-refundable and non-returnable
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be reissued

Sterling Silver jewellery:
We offer a limited warranty on all our products. We are not, however, able to cover negligent damage or wear and tear over time. Jewellery is fragile, so we advise you to take extreme care with all pieces and follow our recommendations for handling, cleaning and storage. Please refer to the care instructions included with your purchase.
Fashion jewellery is generally less durable than silver and gold jewellery, and is often created from materials and techniques chosen for visual effect rather than a longer life. Please be very careful when handling, wearing and storing these fine pieces. We cannot exchange or refund items suffering from negligent damage or wear and tear over time.
All watches sold by Bijoux are covered by a warranty issued by the manufacture or distributor of the watch brand. A warranty is included with each watch purchased from Bijoux. Warranty conditions will vary, depending on the watch brand or model, but do not affect your rights under Australian consumer law.
General warranty as defined and required by Australian Consumer Law:
The benefits to the consumer given by the warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The consumer will bear the expense of claiming the warranty.
